Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 24, 2024

By using Savi Finance, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Use (“Terms,” Terms of Use”). We know legal documents aren’t exciting, but they’re important—they form our agreement with you and help protect both of us.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please don’t use our Services.

Evolving Savi to serve you better

We’re constantly improving Savi which means these terms might need updates. When we make important changes, we’ll let you know by updating this page and its “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Using Savi after changes means you accept them.

We also work hard to keep Savi available whenever you need it, but sometimes we need to update features or fix things. While we can't promise it'll be perfect 100% of the time, we'll always let you know about big changes.

Your Savi account, your responsibility

Think of your account like your digital financial home—keep your login details secure, share accurate information, and let us know if something seems off. One person, one account—that's how we keep things simple and secure.

Using Savi the right way

Savi is here to help you manage your finances, plan for the future, and share insights with people you trust. While we’re flexible about how you use our platform, there are some things we don’t allow—like trying to break into our systems, using bots, or sharing misleading information.

Your information, your control

The financial data and content you share on Savi belongs to you. We only need enough permission to help you use our services effectively. You're in charge of what you share and who you share it with.

When we need to part ways

You can leave Savi anytime by closing your account—no hard feelings. On our end, we might need to suspend accounts that break these terms, show signs of fraud, or if the law requires it. If we ever need to close up shop, we'll give you plenty of notice.

Let’s work things out together

If something's not right, let's talk first—reach out to us at hello@financesavi.com. We want to fix things directly with you. If we can't sort it out that day, disputes will be handled through arbitration in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Thank you for reading up to this point. By using Savi, you're helping build a community of informed and empowered individuals who are taking charge of their financial trajectory.
